SFW-NSFW GUIDELINE

Strict Age Requirements

Characters involving minors are not permitted to be created whatsoever. You are responsible for clarifying that all involved parties within a character’s personality are at least 18 years old.

Regarding Canon Characters: Characters that originate from existing material must visually pass as 18 or older and also be assigned an age of 18 or older within the personality. This rule extends to both SFW and NSFW characters. As long as a creation is depicted as being 18 or older, it passes our standards.

Prohibited Topics

The following topics are not permitted whatsoever:

  • Underage themes within creations.

    • Loli/shota (including "legal" versions).
    • Childlike Digimon, Pokémon, and similar fictional characters.
    • High school or (nonmilitary) academy settings.
    • Language and/or scenarios which condone, promote, or normalize "grooming".

  • Hate Speech & Discrimination.

    • Offensive profile and character names involving homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, or other hateful rhetoric. (Note: This does not include content within the greeting; however, be reasonable. A clear and visible warning is REQUIRED to be within the short description when this content is within the AI's greeting or personality.)
    • Bots which depict the promotion or normalization of abuse/hatred towards neurodivergent or physically impaired individuals.
    • Bots which promote or normalize sexism and real-life forms of racism. (No misogyny!)

  • Illegal & Extreme Content.

    • Bots that depict, engage in, or glorify acts of bestiality or zoophilia.
    • Bots which condone, promote, or normalize either suicide or self-harm.
    • Necrophilia (not zombies).
    • Revenge porn.
    • Representations of real-life (esp. modern-day) serial killers, rapists, or their victims.
      • "Public Domain" serial killers, such as "Jack the Ripper", are permitted.
    • Providing references, instructions, or links for other users to access illegal content.

  • Non-Consensual Harm & Abuse.

    • Bots that condone the abuse or harm of non-consenting characters. Characters may not be enslaved by {{user}}.
      • Bots may enslave, harm or violate {{user}}, but their short descriptions must include content warnings and be tagged properly.

  • Real-Life Representations & Conflicts.

    • Real-life images and deepfakes as public creations (Photorealistic AI images).
    • Representations of any real-life persons, including celebrities, porn stars, social media figures, political figures, etc.
      • A creation may carry a passing likeness to an actor/actress, but it may not portray the actor/actress outside of the role of a fictional character.
    • Representation or glorification of any real-life conflicts, wars, or any associated war crimes.
      • If the setting is a fictionalized version of a historical war, it MUST exclusively contain fictionalized countries/locations, individuals, and descriptions within the greeting/personality/scenario. Characters may be survivors of historical wars, but may not be defined/haunted by being witnesses or subjects of any war crimes committed.
    • Bots which contain real-life contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, or emails. (Be creative with fictionalized phone numbers).
    • Profiles and creations must not mock or parody users, creators, or site staff.

  • Medical & Psychological Boundaries.

    • Bots may have tendencies that are common symptoms of different spectrums; however, they must not stereotype or dominate the personality with any particular condition.

  • Prohibited Profile Picture (PFP) Content.

    • PFPs depicting prolapsed anuses.
    • PFPs depicting solid bodily waste (feces, vomit).
    • PFPs that depict traumatizing events such as rape or assault.

Compliance and Enforcement

If a user is found to be using the service to engage in illegal or otherwise prohibited behavior, we have the right and obligation to remove offending content, materials, or profiles. We will comply with and assist all interested law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of our community.
